External is the Leak Stop to apply externally on the components of the air conditioning and refrigeration systems. it is suitable for all refrigerant gases, including flammable refrigerant gases, which make the welding very difficult. designed to effectively seal all types of leaks up to 5 mm that occur on the metal and rubber components of the refrigeration systems, EXTERNAL resists to lubricants, additives and refrigerant gases. it resists to temperature changes and can be used indifferently on the high and low pressure side (hot or cold).

UNIVERSAL FOR ALL TYPES OF REFRIGERANT GAS. CAN BE USED ON THE METAL COMPONENTS OF THE PLANT SUCH AS COPPER, ALUMINUM AND STEEL. RESISTS MINERAL, POE, PAG, PAO AND ALCHLBENZENE LUBRICANTS. RESISTS CFC,HFC,HCFC, CO2, INCLUDING R32 AND R1234yf REFRIGERANT GASES. RESISTANT TO FLUSHING LIQUIDS, INCLUDING CHLORINATES. RESISTS A TEMPERATURE RANGE OF -148 DEGREES F (-100 DEGREES C) TO 518 DEGREES F (270 DEGREES C). THE PRESSURE RESISTANCE DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF THE LEAK: 0.2" (5MM) = 580 PSI (40 BAR). 0.08" (2MM) = 725 PSI (50 BAR). 0.04" (1MM) = 825 PSI (57 BAR).
